Refund and Return Policy
We do not provide refunds or replacements based on change of mind purchases.
You are entitled to a store credit, exchange, or refund if there is a fault with the item within 14 days of the purchase date.
Exchange
Exchanges are allowed if you have received a faulty product.
LVL999™ are not responsible for imperfections and defects from the original manufacturer. If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team support@lvl999.com with your order number, photo, and the details of the defect within 7 days of receiving your product.
For returns, LVL999™ is not responsible for covering any shipping or handling costs. All charges are paid for by the customer. We recommend using registered post as we are not liable for items that are damaged or lost during transit.
Once our team receives the return, we will inspect the item and if deemed appropriate, will provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit via your original method of payment. We will notify you via email within 5 days of receiving the products.
Store Credit
Store credit will last 6 months from the date it is issued.
Refund
Refunds are only provided where there is a faulty product.
All returned products must be returned in original conditions along with a copy of the invoice provided.
